This package offers postpartum care that truly honors your healing. Each visit brings nourishment, emotional companionship, gentle household support, and intuitive guidance for both body and mind. With this series, you’ll be cared for in your transition to motherhood through warmth, nourishment, and steady hands that remind you to rest and receive. Each session includes 2-3 hours of support. Sessions to be used within 60 days after birth and will be scheduled during the prenatal planning session (with built in flexibility, of course!) As an example, this could look like 3 weeks of support with 2 sessions per week, lasting for 3 hours each. There are many ways we can split up the time based on you and your families unique situation!

These customizable postpartum sessions are designed to honor the unique season you’re in. With a focus on restoration, grounding, and intuitive healing, each session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and receive nourishment in the ways you need most. Each session is 2 hours of in-person support and includes all prep/shopping/ingredients/tools prepared in advance of the session.

Postpartum Abhyanga “Back in My Body” Massage- A traditional Ayurvedic oil massage using warm, herbal-infused oils to restore circulation, calm the nervous system, and help you feel grounded in your body again (Additional fee of $50 for single nourishment session, included in full packages).
Fire Cupping Therapy- A gentle, detoxifying therapy to release muscle tension, support circulation, and aid postpartum recovery.
1:1 Movement Practice for Recovery from Birth- Guided breath and movement designed to rebuild pelvic stability, reconnect with your core, and support gentle strength.
Herbal Foot Bath + Eye Compress + Guided Womb Meditation- A deeply restorative ritual to soothe tired eyes, release tension, and reconnect with your womb space.
Nervous System Reset- hands on bodywork to regulate your nervous system. May include things like feather brushing, head or foot massage, acupressure, guided meditation, and so much more.
