All new mamas are welcome whether this will be your first yoga class or you've been practicing for years.
This class is for you if you’ve recently given birth and are craving gentle movement, connection, and time to be in your body again, with your baby by your side. Whether this is your first class ever or you’ve practiced yoga for years, you belong here.
Each class is intentionally relaxed and responsive to what's going on that day. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive group of other mothers who, like you, came both for themselves and to connect with their babies.
I will act as a guide rather than an instructor, and together we’ll allow the flow of the class to unfold based on the energy, needs, and rhythm of the room that day.
Some days will be quieter and more restorative; other days may feel a bit more strengthening and energizing.
While the practices may vary, each class follows a familiar rhythm so you always know what to expect.
Every class includes:
✔️ Gentle, postpartum-informed yoga
✔️ Breathwork to support the nervous system and core healing
✔️ Mantra-inspired or soothing music to sing to baby
✔️ Space to move, rest, or simply just be present

Babies can sleep the entire class, participate in certain movements, or need your attention—and all of it is welcome here.
We know babies rule the world, so we work with whatever is happening in the room. You are encouraged to feed, hold, soothe, or step away as needed.
Come exactly as you are. There is no expectation to “keep up” or do anything perfectly.

After class, you can expect to feel:
✔️ Stronger and supported in your postpartum body
✔️ More connected to yourself and your baby
✔️ Grounded, nourished, and empowered for showing up for yourself
✔️ Proud for modeling self-care, presence, and embodiment for your child

Hi, I’m Jenna — mama to two sweet boys under three, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, and a certified birth and postpartum doula.
I deeply understand how tender, vulnerable, and complex the postpartum season can be - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also know how easy it is to put yourself last while caring for everyone else.
This class was created to support you exactly where you are. You don’t need to be “healed,” flexible, or have it all together. You simply need to arrive.
In fact, the day you feel like you shouldn’t come is probably the day you need it most.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is the single most important thing you can do for your baby.
